1 General Terms & Conditions

1777com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all users ("members") of the Platform.

This document serves as a legally binding agreement between 1777com and its members. These terms come into effect upon accessing the Platform, registering, or using any of its services.

• These terms and conditions may be updated at any time and will be published on the Platform after any changes.
• The version of these Terms & Conditions written in Bengali shall be considered the official governing document.
• 1777com reserves the right to temporarily suspend its services at any time without prior notice.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To join 1777com, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Creating an account with incorrect or false information is strictly prohibited.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Any suspicious activity detected on your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process has been completed.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 1777com's services, members must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions prohibits account creation or use of the Platform.

• Members must be 18 years of age or older.
• The service may not be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• Professional players or anyone directly associated with a team are not permitted to place bets on their own matches.

1777com reserves the right to verify any member's age. If a member is found to be underage, their account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

1777com accepts deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules below must be followed at all times.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered under the member's own name.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 1777com reserves the right to hold payments while an investigation is carried out.
• 1777com is not responsible for delays caused by technical or banking issues.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

1777com regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30 times the bonus amount and vary per offer.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.
• 1777com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on 1777com. These rules cover all betting categories, including cricket, football, and e-sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1777com reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or manipulation will be considered void.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be converted to a single bet.

7 Responsible Gaming

1777com believes that betting is entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• A deposit limit setting option is available on every account.
• You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.

8 Security & Privacy

9 Account Suspension & Closure

1777com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or misusing bonuses.
• Operating more than one account.
• Providing false identity or inaccurate information.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity is detected.
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other members or staff.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no rule violations, the balance will be refunded. Funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

10 Limitation of Liability

1777com accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Issues arising with third-party services or payment gateways.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, armed conflict, or government-imposed restrictions.

1777com's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11 Changes & Updates to Terms

1777com reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform.

• Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
